It was just one stupid, ****#$$%#!! mosquito which made him lose his life . We at first just thought it was just dengue fever, but however did not expect him to be the first dengue victim this year.
On Monday was the day when i last saw my late uncle , before sending it to the Mandai crematorium. My brother and m cousin said speeches and we have to hold back our tears and to be strong. Unfortunately, my aunties could not do that and they just let it out. My da-yi and yi-yi cried hysterically and looking at them, i failed to hold my tears..
As yesterday was Labour day, it was a holiday and the whole family went collect his ashes from Mandai. We drove to Marina South and took a ferry from the jetty and throwed his ashes to the sea. We threw some bread to the fishes too.
In my heart, i will always remember you, sui gu, you always asked my brother and i to join you for jogging in Mac Ritchie Resovoir on Sundays and i deeply regret of not going with you for a majority of the days. I remember you always buying for us freshly baked bread and organising all the outings at East coast park and wild wild wet.
